RésoSanté provides
- general information on health care services
- information on measures to facilitate access in French to such services, and
- referral services to francophone health care and community resources.
This information is available in a number of ways, including:
- telephone and email, by contacting the RésoSanté office
- an annual directory of French-speaking health professionals published online and in the Calendar “La Colombie-Britannique à votre service en français
- “Info bien-être” on the RésoSanté website
- RésoSanté quarterly bulletins providing relevant information in French on topics such as prevention of illness and promotion of good health, including air travel, the family doctor, diabetes and salt consumption
- a RésoSanté documentation centre in our office
- information booths during major events in the francophone community
